कब्ज होता क्या है --- - खाने की वस्तुए ठीक प्रकार से ना पचने को कब्ज़
कहा  जाता है इसे अजीर्ण या मंदागिनी भी कहते है

लक्षण---

1) भू ख  नही  लगना या कम लगना
2)पेट फूलना , पेट ठीक से साफ़ ना होना
 3) मिचली या उलटी आना
4)डकारे  आना
5)मुहँ  में बार बार खट्टा पानी आना
6) जीभ पर सफ़ेद मैल जमना
7) मुहँ  से बदबू आना
8)खाना खाते ही पेट में दर्द या भारीपन होना
9)छाती या पेट में जलन होना
10)सिरदर्द होना
11)बार बार मल त्यागने की इक्छा  हो 

कारण -----यह रोग धीरे धीरे अनजाने में पैदा होता है .यदि किसी दूसरे रोग से इसका संबन्ध ना हो तो इस्सके ख़ास कारण इस प्रकार हो सकते है ......
1) अधिक मात्रा  में चाय कॉफ़ी या तली चीजो का सेवन करना
2)कम या ज्यादा मात्रा में भोजन करना
3)गरिस्ट  या देर से पचने वाली वस्तुयों का प्रयोग करना
4)तेज मिर्च मसाले युक्त भोजन करना
5)मैदा या मिलावटी आटे का प्रयोग करना
6)कम पानी पीना
7)भोजन में फाइबर की मात्रा कम होना
8)शराब ,तम्बाकू का सेवन करना
9)एंटीबायोटिक्स खाना
10)आंतों की कमजोरी 

11)देर रात तक जागना
12)ट्यूमर  या पोलिप
13)गर्भावस्था
14) लीवर की कमजोरी
15) हर्निया रोग होना
16) मानसिक अवसाद होना या दिमागी परेशानी  होना
17) समय से भोजन नहीं करना 

होम्योपैथिक दवाए ----  

1) एंटिम -क्रूड ----ऐसा कब्ज जो अधिक भोजन के कारण हो ,खायी वस्तुयों की ड़कारे आये ,खाना खाते ही मिचली ,छाती में जलन हो ,पेट    फूले ,पेट में जलन हो साथ ही खट्टी चीजे खाने का मन हो .

2)ब्रायोनिया --- गर्मियों के दिन होने वाला कब्ज, भोजन के  बाद ही मिचली ,खट्टी व बदबूदार डाकरे आना ,मुहँ में सूखापन लगना , मुहं से बदबू आना , कठोर मल होना . 

3)कार्बो - वेज ---बूढों का कब्ज ,नाभि के ऊपर पेट में  गैस होना ,दूध पीने से पेट में गैस बनना ,साधारण भोजन भी हजम न हो ,पेट की खराबी से सिरदर्द हो .

4) लायकोपोडियम --भूख नहीं लगे ,एक या दो कौर खाते ही पेट भर जाए,  पेट में  से  गुड गुड की आवाज आये ,नाभि के निचले हिस्से में गैस हो मीठा खाने का मन हो ,पेट में भारीपन लगे ,खट्टी डकारे आये खाना खाने के बाद कमजोरी लगे .

5)नक्स - वोमिका ---अधिक चटपटी ,मसालेदार चीजे खाने या उत्तेजक पदार्थ जैसे शराब आदि के सेवन से कब्ज हो .भोजन के एक घंटे बाद पेट में दर्द हो ,बार बार मल त्यागने के लिए जाना पडे ,देर रात तक जागने के कारण होने वाला कब्ज ,बार बार मल त्यागने की इच्छा हो परन्तु पेट पूरी तरह से साफ़ न हो ,उलटी करने का मन हो परन्तु कर न सके ,मानसिक कार्य अधिक और शारीरिक कार्य कम करने वालो का कब्ज ,अत्याधिक भूख .

6) नेट्रंम --म्यूर --- मुहं का स्वाद नमकीन ,पेट दर्द ,मुहं में बार बार पानी आना 


 नोट- होम्योपैथी में रोग के कारण को दूर करके रोगी को ठीक किया जाता है। प्रत्येक रोगी की दवा उसकी शारीरिक और मानसिक अवस्था के अनुसार अलग-अलग होती है। अतः बिना चिकित्सकीय परामर्श यहां दी हुई किसी भी दवा का उपयोग न करें।

जब एक्ज़िमा से कीड़े निकले

५/७/२०११ को मेरे क्लिनिक मे ७३ साल के एक मरीज आये ,जिन्हे ४० वर्शो से एग्जीमा की तकलीफ थी ,जो कि दोनो पैरो मे और हाथो मे था. दोनो हाथो और पैर के नाखुन भी खराब हो चुके थे .वे बहुत ईलाज कर चुके थे यंहा तक कि उन्होने अपने दोनो पैर भी गर्म पानी से जला लिये थे जिस से पैरो मे घाव बन गये थे .वे खुजली और दर्द से बेहद परेशान थे एग्जीमा से लगातार पानी बहता था .एग्जीमा के साथ साथ उनको डायबीटिज और आस्थमा भी था, एग्जीमा का ईलाज शुरु किया मगर कुछ दिनो तक कोई भी दवा का असर नही दिखा ,फिर ५/६ दिन बाद उनके पैरो सुजन आ गई जो दवा देने पर बिल्कुल हो ठीक गयी मगर उनकी खुजली ठीक होने नाम ही नही ले रही का थी उन्होने वापिस से दुसरा ईलाज शुरु कर दिया परन्तु उस ईलाज का असर कुछ दिन ही रहा तत्पश्चात उनका रोग फिर से उभरने लगा, २ महिने बाद वे मेरे पास फिर से आये तब मैने उनका फिर से ईलाज शुरु किया ,कुछ दिनो के ईलाज के बाद उनकी खुजली काफी कम हुई और स्किन भी नोर्मल होने लगी ,परन्तु पैर मे जिस स्थान पर घाव था उसमे काफी दर्द था जिस पर मैने होम्योपैथिक दवा लगाई, दवा लगाने के कुछ देर बाद ही उस घाव से इल्लिनुमा कीडे निकलने लगे, जिनको चिमटी की सहायता बाहर निकाला तो 45 कीडै निकलै उसके बाद उनको कुछ खाने और लगाने को दवाई दी,उनके नाख़ून पूर्णत: ठीक हो गये और स्किन भी काफ़ी हद तक नॉर्मल होने लगी थी ,साथ ही उनका अस्थमा और शुगर भी काफ़ी कंट्रोल मे है अभी भी उनका उपचार चल रहा है और पूर्णत: ठीक होने मे कुछ महीने और लगेगे .

1) WHAT IS DEPRESSION --- It is a disorder of mood. Change in mind & conductive expression one called mood . When certain chemicals in the brain such as serotonin, nor epinephrine, and dopamine are out of balance, depression can occur.

2) CAUSE OF DEPRESSION --- The cause of depression are

Disease –diseases like typhoid, influenza change the mood. A sunny & playful boy after a disease turn into cross, impatient & a fretful one. Similarly grief, fright, anger, disappointment also change mood & people become a moody & loose there emotional & behavioral balance.

Hereditary­—Imbalance in the nervous system in parents is the cause of moody children .The frustration & disappointment of mother is expressed by the child dirty habits of children refer to the family tree.

Environment—Also play an important part in the changing mood.

Chemicals – The chemical drugs disturb the balance of mineral equivalent is thrown out violently through such drugs. Chemical drugs have a tendency to irritate the constitution & disturb the balance of secretion causing faulty nutrition.

NATRUM- MUR -- Psychic causes of disease, ill effects of grief, fright, anger, etc. Depressed, particularly in chronic diseases. Irritable .Wants to be alone to cry.Depression due to financial problem. sad and hopeless about the future.

IGNATIA AMARA—Bad effect of grief and worry. Changeable mood sad, tearful. Loss of sleep (Insomnia) from grief. Easily excited nature.

NUX VOMICA-- Very irritable ,cannot bear noises, odors,& light. Time passes too slowly. Irritable due to job or study. Nervousness with constipation. Cannot sleep after 3 am. Oversensitive.

STAPHYSAGRIA-- Ill effects of anger and insults. Very sensitive as to what others say about her. Depression due to masturbation or sexual excesses.. Spermatorrhœa, with sunken features. Nervous & irritable.

CONIUM MACULATUM-- -Excitement causes mental depression. Averse to society, and afraid of being alone. No inclination for business or study; takes no interest in anything. Memory weak, unable to sustain 'any mental effort. Sexual debility. Ill effects of suppressed sexual desire.

AMBRA GRISEA—Hypersensitive, nervous . Dread of people, and desire to be alone. Music causes weeping. Despair, loathing of life. Loss of love of life. Fantastic illusions. Anxious dreams.

ZINCUM METALLICUM-- Weak memory. Very sensitive to noise.

ARGENTUM NITRICUM -- Mentally and physically loss of control. Thinks his understanding will and must fail. Fearful and nervous. Fears and anxieties and hidden irrational motives for actions. Sleepless, from fancies before his imagination; horrible dreams of snakes, and of sexual gratification. Drowsy stupor. Fear of exam .Depression of students

. AURUM METALLICUM -- Hopeless, despondent, and great desire to commit suicide. Great fear of death. Sleepless. Sobs aloud in sleep. Frightful dreams.

ARSENICUM ALBUM-- Great fear of death. Thinks it useless to take medicine. Hallucinations of smell and sight. fear of being alone, See ghosts. Strong suicidal tendencies.

मुहं के छाले

मुहं के छाले

छाले मुहं की बहुत ही कॉमन बीमारी है .इससे aphthous ulcers या stomatitis भी कहते है यह सफ़ेद या लाल रंग के छोटे छोटे छाले होते है जो अक्सर गालो के अंदर ,जीभ पर ,तालु में , होंठो पर होते है और कभी कभी गले तक में हो जाते है

· छालो का कारण --


1)खाना खाते समय या बात करते समय अचानक मुहं के अंदर कट जाना
2) मंजन करते समय brush से चोट लग जाए
3) vitamin बी 12 या आयरन की कमी से
4) बहुत ज्यादा नमक से
5) वाइरल, बेकटेरीयल ,फंगल इन्फेक्शन के कारण
6) कब्ज या पेट की खराबी से
7) ख़राब खाने के कारण
8) केमिकल इंजुरी के कारण
9) गलत तरीके से लगे नकली दांत
10)गरम खाने या पीने से मुहं जल जाने के कारण

· symptoms –

१)मुहं के अंदर लाल और सफ़ेद रंग के छोटे छोटे छाले होना
2)कुछ भी खाते पीते या बात करते समय दर्द होना
3) लगातार जलन होना

· NAT-MUR --बुखार के बाद छाले ,होंठ और मुहं के कोनो पर रूखापन, नीचे के होंठ पर सूजन व छाले जो जलन करते है ,जीभ पर बाल होने जैसा लगता है

· ARG -NIT -- गले में ,मुहं में ,और जीभ की नोक पर छाले ,गले में लालपन ,पेट में छाले ,जलन ,मसूडों से खून व सूजन

· MERC- SOL --जीभ ,गले ,गालो के अंदर और मसूडों में छाले ,बहुत ज्यादा लार ,छूने और चबाने पर दर्द ,गले में जलन

· BAPTICEA--पूरे मुहँ में छाले ,लार बहुत ज्यादा ,मुहँ से बदबू , तालू में लालपन 

· AURUM-TRIF-- तालू में कच्चापन, मुहं में बहुत ज्यादा sore feel होना ,मुहं के कोने फटे हुए ,होंठ से खून आने तक नोचता रहता है

· BORAX--- बच्चो के मुहं के छाले ,छूने पर दर्द व जलन ,सफ़ेद रंग के छाले ,खाना खाते समय छालो से खून आता है

· ACID-SULPH--- एसिडिटी के कारण होने वाले छाले ,मुहं से खून ,बदबूदार सांस

· NUX-VOMICA--- कब्ज के कारण छाले ,खुनी लार ,छोटे छोटे छाले ,मानसिक कार्य करने वालो को होने वाला कब्ज

WHAT IS MOUTH ULCER—

Mouth ulcer is a very common disease of mouth. It is also knows as stomatitis & aphthous ulcers These are white or red small ulcers & mostly occur in the inner side of the cheeks, tongue, lips , roof or floor of the mouth & sometime in the throat.

CAUSE OF MOUTH ULCER—

1) Accidentally biting the inner side of the mouth

2) Trauma from a toothbrush

3) Deficiency of vitamin B12 or Iron

4) Excessive salty food

5) Bacterial, viral or fungal infection

6) Constipation or bowel disturbance

7) Food allergy

8) Chemical injury

9) Poorly fitted dentures

10) Mouth burns from hot food or drinks.

SYMPTOMS—

1) White or red colored small ulcer

2) Pain during eating, drinking & talking

3) Constant burning sensation in the mouth

4) Speech is painful resulting loss of clarity

5) Excessive salivation

HOMOEOPATHIC TREATMENT—

1) NATRUM –MUR--- Ulcers after fever. Lips and corners of mouth dry, ulcerated, and cracked. Large vesicle on lower lip, which is swollen and burns. Eruptions around mouth. Vesicles and burning on tongue, as if there was a hair on it.

2) ARGENTICUM –NIT---Ulcers in the tip of tongue, lips & in the throat. Dark redness of throat. Ulceration of stomach, burning. Gums tender and bleed easily.

3) MERC-SOL--- Ulcer of the gums, tongue, throat & inside of the cheeks with profuse salivation .Bad smell from the mouth. Sore pain on touch and from chewing. Burning in throat,

4) BAPTICEA--- Mouth full of ulcers with offensive smell .salivation. Teeth and gums sore, ulcerated. Dark redness of soft palate.

5) AURUM-TRIF---Rawness of the roof & palate, Very sore feeling in the mouth. Picking lips until they bleed. Corners of mouth sore & cracked.

6) BORAX---mouth ulcers of children , pain & burning while touching ,white colored ulcer ,bleeding during eating . Tendency to ulcerations of all forms, especially flat and superficial ulcers.

7) ACID-SULPH--- Mouth ulcer due to hyperacidity. Bleeding from gums. Offensive breath.

8) NUX-VOMICA---Mouth ulcers due to constipation. Small aphthous ulcers. bloody saliva
